• Optional Canadian handcrafted support posts available

C.  House Roof Dry-in Package

• Conventional roof framing for all house roofs
• Ready for R-30 high density insulation (not provided)
• OSB exterior sheathing and 30 pound roofing felt
• Exposed Heavy Timber Douglas Fir 4"x8" Collar Beams
• 6” square or 8” round structural support posts as required
• Designed to meet most local building codes
• Two foot overhang is standard
• Optional exposed heavy timber rafters and purlins available
• Optional engineered roof designs up to 200 pound loading

D.  Porch Roof System Premier Heavy Timber

• Number 1 grade Douglas Fir 4”x8” porch rafters and plate
• 8” Round or 6” square structural porch posts
• 2x6 premium select tongue and groove roof decking
• 30 pound felt
• Lag screws for rafter installation

E.  Matching Log Siding and Framing Package for Gable Ends and Dormers
